CBT allows people to apply scientific principles to their own experiences and identify patterns that allow us to establish where change would be most effective. This approach can be great for people with ASC as it allows us to work at a pace that suits you and focus's entirely on what you feel the difficulty is. 1st For CBT have professionally accredited CBT therapists who have worked with autism and ADHD for years and have adapted this therapeutic approach to make it as neurodiverse friendly as possible.
1st For CBT provides one-to-one therapy for adults and children, with adaptations to meet the unique needs of people with ASC and ADHD.
