ONE TO ONE THERAPY - CBT

CBT allows people to apply scientific principles to their own experiences and identify patterns that allow us to establish where change would be most effective. This approach can be great for people with ASC as it allows us to work at a pace that suits you and focus's entirely on what you feel the difficulty is. 1st For CBT have professionally accredited CBT therapists who have worked with autism for years and have adapted this therapeutic approach to make it as autism friendly as possible.

Life can be difficult and stressful for all of us and sometimes this can make us feel lonely and uncertain as to what to do next. This can be especially true for people on the autistic spectrum who, because of their unique experience of modern life may often feel confused or unsafe.

1st For CBT provides one-to-one therapy for adults and children, adapted to meet the unique needs of people with ASC. Our sessions together will use simple but sophisticated approaches that will allow you to learn lifelong skills to overcome your difficulties and feel more connected to the things that matter the most to you
